Hayley Whittam

Hayley Whittam is our new cover model. She is a professional fashion model, very tall, very beautiful and very… talkative ;) We spent a relaxing Sunday afternoon in a sunny and hot Milano, talking, joking and… taking pictures of course. A 100% Canadian, Hayley is currently based in Milano - Italy, but she is ambitious and of course she has very clear ideas and plans about her career. Where are you from?
Vancouver, Canada

How did you start modeling?
I was always kind of awkward and tall… everybody was telling me "you should model… you are tall, you are skinny…" (she says this making a funny voice - Alessio) so…

So you just walked into a model agency…
I got scouted a few times, when I was travelling in the States, by different agencies, but my mom never wanted to push me into modeling, she wanted me to do it by myself, because she did not want to be that mother that was trying to get her daughter to be a model… so when I was like 15 I started kind of talking to a mother agency in my hometown, and when I was done university I decided to go traveling to do modeling… and I ended up here…! (In Milano where we shot and interviewed Hayley)

Where are you going to be next year?
I hope in New York, it's a big wish, but I want to. I have never been there, but I live so close to it, in Canada… and I want to go.

Which is your best feature?
I would say my personality

And about your body?
I have a really nice… bum!

Sports?
Well… I am a Karate black belt, really!

What would you like to change in your body?
I do not know, I am just happy with the way I am.

What do you think about plastic surgery?
I want boobs, to be honest, hehehehe! Bu I do not want stupid big ones… my mom has Double D, and my sister too… and I got nothing…

It is not fair… ;)
I've always wanted them but… I want them before I get married

What type of man do you like?
I love to laugh, somebody who makes me laugh

How would you describe your personality?
I am non stop talking, I always am (It is true!!! - Alessio) I do not like silence so I talk a lot! I think I am funny, I try to be. I find myself funny, which is probably the worse…

Talking about makeup, which is your favorite brand?
Make-up… I love M.A.C… is the best brand for me… but… it is expensive!

Are you a shopping addict?
I am! Completely, it is bad, that is where most of my money goes. I love Zara, but I love vintage too, like I love getting those old school Levi's, those high waisted ones that were around in the Eighties… they are my favorites!
