am not beautiful, I am funny! You can be sexy, you can be beautiful.
And you can be both. But you can be all of that, and be funny too. Like
Gai, our cover model. Gai only recently started modeling, and like all
beginners she has great expectations, but she is also very much down to
earth, she has a great sense of humor, and she is beautiful. Our ideal
cover model.
Shooting with Gai was a lot of fun, we met her a few times before the
shoot and that helped, it was like working with an old friend. 23 years
old, half chinese and hald thai (a great mix) and a lot of projects for
her future, not only about modeling. Gai has a sort of natural talent,
very relaxed in front of the camera, very much in synch with the photographer,
definitely something not all models have.
What is your favorite outfit for a night out
when you want to look sexy? And do you dress to impress men or to make
other girls jealous? Actually I will impress myself first to make
myself feel confident, and of course I like to impress men more than make
girls jealous, because it's not a nice idea to make people hate you or
feel jealous about you.
What is the first thing you look at in a man
when you meet him for the first time? The thing that makes you
think: I like him or I do not like him? The attitude of person is very
important for me ...I always believe that attitude will give him have
a good personality and charming, by nature.
You have just started modeling, what attracts
you in this job and what do you expect from it? I like beauty and
being a model can change your look, it is funny. You can be another person
for a few hours but you still be yourself under the make up and clothes.
Do you think beauty is important also in every
day's life? Most people say being a beautiful person will grant
more opportunities in life and it's true. For example if you want to apply
for a job... of course they will consider your ability but your look plays
also an important role…
What is that you like the most about your look?
I like my appearance... that means I can look mean and I can look nice…
it's kind like yin and yang in myself
You have to move to a desert island (can happen)
and can bring just one thing with you. What would it be? Radio, Computer,
Makeup, Shoes... anything you like but only just one thing. Doraemon.
Do you know Doraemon?
No, what is it? It's a Japanese cartoon.
He has everything he wants. If you want to go to the space he will have
a space machine and so on... So if you have him you will have everything
even though you are in a desert and you can have a good party also!

I can say yes I'm a party girl
Favorite music? I like R&B. It makes
me feel sexy and beautiful.
Are you more beautiful or funny? I'm
more funny in fact. Funny by nature.
