"It is really important to know what type of skin you have. Because using right type of skincare product and base make-up product will help you to express a nice and smooth skin. You should balance your sebum and moisture to get a flawless skin. Most important thing of the make-up is not only using a popular color or having great make-up skills, you should think that make-up is your 'second skin'."

Can you tell us which ones are the makeup trends from the current season (Winter 2013 2014) that in your opinion will continue into the Spring Summer 2014 season?
Let's talk about 2013&2014 FW make up first. Matt texture type of burgundy like dark and vivid color was popular on lip make up. For the eye make-up, we could see the glittery holiday looks as 60's Hitchcock style. Lady like and cat's eye make-up. Flawless skin appearance of base make up was also popular this past season. The keyword for the next season (spring Summer 2014) is natural look! This means look really natural, with smooth and flawless base make-up. Dark and vivid colors for lips and eye make-up will change to gaily and pop.
Which are the most important new makeup trends you see coming for the Spring Summer 2014 season?
"Raw Beauty and blush free'' is the key look of the Spring Summer 2014 make-up. It is based on flawless skin appearance. For your cheeks, use a blusher or bronzer to create a natural shape on your face, not to put some pop color on. After base make-up, you might use some popular colors for Spring Summer 2014 suche as lavender, berry or pastel color on your eyes and lips or neon orange lips to make a retro look.

Which one is your personal favorite? Can give us a brief explanation on how to 'copy' this makeup look? :-)
My favorite look for this coming season is matt type of neon orange lip make-up. This orange color has been used in various fashion shows of important brands (Dsquared2 / John Galliano / DKNY etc.) Variety looking of orange lip make-up would be a hot trend for the Spring Summer 2014 season. Some make-up brands show us new coral, orange or magenta lip products with different types of texture, like matt lip mousse, glossy lip lacquer and matt type lipsticks. You can apply this lip colors starting from the inside of your lip and give some gradation to create a lovely look and apply full lips various times to make the colors pop on your lips. (Recommended products: Gloss Volupte (YSL), Innisfree (Korean brand) creamy tint lip mousse, Etude House (Korean brand) color lips fit, and Morange from MAC)

The must-have beauty product for the Spring Summer 2014 season, the product every girl and every woman should always bring in her purse is...
If you have primer, cream multi blush, kohl black eye liner and sun kissed orange lip color product in your purse you can have a trendy look everywhere.
Beauty and skin. How to obtain flawless beautiful skin with the right use of the right makeup products? What is your personal advice?
It is really important to know what type of skin you have. Because using the right type of skincare product and base make-up product will help you to express a nice and smooth skin. You should balance your sebum and moisture to get a flawless skin. Most important thing of the make-up is not only using a popular color or having great make-up skills, you should think that make-up is your 'second skin'.

Make even skin tone with subdued sheen and give some highlight and contouring subtly. For the base make-up, you should pick the product according to your skin type and use the right tools. There are really various types of base product; therefore you'd better have some test or having some recommendation from a professional artist before you get them. Pore powder is popular nowadays (Mac prep+prime, Make up Forever: hd Powder and Bobbie Brown Retouching Powder).
You should apply it on your t-zone and sides of your nose with a small powder brush. It will help to fix the foundation and make it last longer, and prevent your skin from becoming dry.
To conceal your flaws, you should gently use a concealer which is darker than your skin tone with a thin brush, and finish the base make-up with skin tone foundation after. This way the base make-up will help you achieve a flawless look.
Thank you, and we hope we will be able to have you as our expert guest on TRENDYSTYLE.ASIA again in the future.
