We saw Sun Fei Fei a lot, backstage and on the catwalks in Milano during the latest Fashion Week. Relaxed backstage, very professional and aggressive (asian way, of course) in the catwalk. Sun Fei Fei is one of the rising stars in the growing number of Asian top models. Chinese, she represented China et the 2008 Elite Model Look (where she placed 3rd), and after that her model career became a 'top model' career.

Covers of the most famous fashion magazines all around the world, top fashion shows, advertising campaigns and worldwide recognition soon made of this beautiful Chinese model one of the most requested and admired asian top models in the world.

When you read, or hear, that Sun FeiFei is the most famous Chinese top model (which means the number one top model from Asia) what do you think?

I think there are many great models in China, so I will still have to work harder than before.

Where are you currently based?

I am currently based in New York.

How does a typical day in the life of Sun FeiFei goes?

On a typical day, when I don't have to work, I would get up early to have breakfast and to the park with my boyfriend. I do enjoy the sunshine when in the park, and to hear birds singing in the morning. After that, I would go to the supermarket to buy some groceries to cook some delicious food, or to have lunch with my good friends. In the afternoon, I like to read some books or do some workout. Later in the evening, my boyfriend and I would usually have dinner first, and then a good movie at the theater.

You have a privileged point of view on fashion, working with the most famous fashion designers, and appearing on the most important fashion magazines all over the world. How is fashion developing in China, in your opinion?

Qiu Hao

What is the beauty product, or make-up, you always have to have with yourself?

Answer: Mask, Lipstick and mascara

Who are your best friends in the fashion business?

All are friends

Is there anything you really want to achieve in your modeling career before you can say "I really made it"?

Everyday is changing and different so I am still enjoying it every moment.

Have you ever thought what you want to do once your career as a model will be over?

I've never thought of that, and I just want to focus on my modeling career now.

What do you think about yourself when you see your pictures? Is there anything you would like to change if you could?

Nothing.

What is your opinion about plastic surgery? Something to avoid, something useful…

Not against it or agree to it. It's very individual.

What do you remember about your beginning in the fashion world? How difficult or how easy was it for you?

2 years ago when I was still studying modeling and fashion design at the university, my teacher recommended me to join in a student's beauty contest, I didn't win but I met my boyfriend, and he is a fashion photographer. He told me about fashion and gave me confidence.

Since then I was also encouraged to join in the Elite Model Look contest by the director of my current agency in China. This was my first modeling contest and I came in first for the China contest, and in the third place in the World contest.. Right after that, I signed with Esee model management in China, which is my mother agency, Elite Paris and Women New York...

Is there anything you would not do, or do in a different way, if you could go back in time?

Nothing, so far I am very happy with myself

Are you a good cook?

I think so.

Where, in the world, do you like to go when you have the opportunity to take a short holiday and relax?

Greece and Rome.
