After the success earned by John Galliano with his latest collection, it will not be easy to firmly hold the reins of this fashion house. As a fashion designer, it is almost an announced suicide in the footsteps of Galliano. Bill Gayten has probably made the right decision to stick to the "Galliano image '. He softened the colors but otherwise the collection for winter 2012 2013 can be very easily recognized as a 'John Galliano' collection.

On the catwalk we saw outfits with Victorian influences, asymmetric coats, collars with flounces and ruffles and pleated redingotes with high stockings were worn. Very nice also the hats with pheasant feathers whose color and structure fit perfectly with the dresses. The colors for this impressive collection? Red, saffron, turquoise and gray powder. The evening dresses are spectacular with embroidery and a sumptuous boudoir-feeling.
