at number two on capri, there was a black musician and a dancer covered in bananas like josephine baker. valentino has immortalized them on t-shirts and prints. the pineapple recalls the americans at the hotel quisisana in their polos with pocket emblems which show up on knits in this collection. jackets for today's young playboys are tight and three button with straight shoulders in crips shapes. bronzed torsos stand out in slightly boxy shirts covered with large floreal in terry or eyelet. for the evening, there are dinner jackets in large madras checks, or in all white and gray, with pants in contrast colors.
